When you're at Universal, Where do you picture yourself? (inspired by WDW thread)

I have several. One, walking up at IOA at the lighthouse, moving towards the arch that says "The Adventure Begins" with that cool music playing in that area that I love.

Two, walking into the RP arriving, going over the bridge and hearing the waterfall underneath.

Standing by the huge broken statute at the Lost Continent by Mythos, and looking at the Poisieden building with the cool ornament shooting water out of the mouth. (Forget what those are called. The Medusa looking heads.)

Hanging in the Jurassic Park area with the great themeing and the JP music playing and just being in that tropical environment that makes you really feel like you are at the real JP.

And lastly from the last trip, running in the rain with my 9 year old step daughter from JP through to the Super Hero Island and ducking into the comic book store. (Not sure why this one stands out to me, just does.)

Sitting on the deck at Margaritaville having a margarita and volcano nachos with DH.

Walking in to either US or IOA the first time and hearing the cool music playing.

I know there are tons more, this is all I can think of right now.

Or for IOA, I can hear these words "I think, I think this time it's gonna work. No! NO! NOOOOOOOO!" and off we go on the Hulk!

At the Studios:

I'm in the ROTM...just before getting into the ride vehicle and looking at all the nervous folks about to ride with me.

At IOA:

I'm on the lift hill of Dueling Dragons...Fire...and watching the folks on Ice as we chug up the hill.

Sitting back at the lone palm airport sipping on a cool drink , going
over all the fun I had today and looking forward to doing all again!!

just the look of amazment on the faces of my 2 Ds and DW when we are at us or ioa
2 riding rotm with my oldest DS and hearing him say how cool his first ride on rotm was

1. Sitting in a recliner outside of Margaritaville, sipping on a margarita while people watching.

2. Eating dinner in Tchop Choup.

3. Watching the spidey signal shining across the buildings as the Spiderman ride begins.

4. Listening to the dueling pianos at Pat O'Brien's while drinking a hurricane.

or, running through the EP line to ROTM and hearing, "Are you insane, get outta here. the curse, it's real....

Having a nice ice cream soda at Schwabs

Watching the ceiling burst into flames on the Mummy (Best effect EVER!!!)

just walking around POE, day or night it's just magical (YES, EVEN UNIVERSAL HAS MAGIC)

Wow, so many

-sitting in the car as spiderman lands on it and tells me i shouldn't be there
-walking thru a wall of water in Poseidon
-pushing a red button in MIB
-standing with my head in a shark
-standing under the Hulk and just listening to the power
-walking the path with DW to RPR
and of course
having a drink while sitting in those adirondack chairs at Margaritaville

Universal and IOA are AMAZING at any time of the year but at x-mas i just love them even more!
- Walking through the New York area at night with the x-mas songs playing
- Riding Jaws at like 12am
- The Marvel Superhero Island...when you walk through it the theming is just
- Jurassic Park is so beautiful and the music add's to the lush green surroundings, it sends tingles down my spine!
- Getting out of the car park and walking along to the parks with the awesome music playing
- Walking through USF Hollywood area at night, Mel's Diner looks great

only visits have been onsite, earning us the golden ticket - FOTL

makes anywhere @ U very special.

otherwise, i'll vote for the Pteradon Flyers followed by Terminator, MIB & Popeye's water ride.

if I had to choose.....I'd say walking around the jurassic park area
if my kids were to pick it would be the curious george water area
I think dh would have a hard time choosing

Spiderman has to always be my first. But I love to go over close to the wharf and go in to the bakery for a creme puff for breakfast They are fantastic.

For some reason I thought I was the only one that thinks the forest in ET is sooo cool, don't know what it is about that, but I always said if I ever get really rich, I've got to have a large game room like that with the fake forest.
