I'm sad it's all done. This was a great report! I love the family picture at Topolino's!! And when Melissa called you two spicy! Another great picture at the Haunted Mansion, lol!

Aww, yeah we had lots of fun sharing it. It was a lot of fun, even when Allie and I were cranky about being accused of being cranky.

Congratulations on your DVC points. You guys will make awesome "DVC Grandparents " in the very far-off future I sincerely want to thank you for the incredibly detailed reports you always do----I appreciate you taking us along. I was in the Magic Kingdom 3 years ago today, and am literally itching to get back!!

Thanks, we are excited to have some more points to be able to continue to go every year, and getting to stay in a bigger room is a plus as well. It will be fun to share.

Will your friends Jon and Brandy join you again sonetime for a future trip? Speaking of, I can't wait for the next one, I'm already so excited! Thanks again for a great time, and take care!!!!!!!

We are having dinner with Jon and Brandy next week. They are still having great trips to Disney, but are enjoying going in January. We want to have a group trip again, but it will probably be a short weekend (maybe adults only) trip or maybe a winter trip sometime to see WL decorated for Christmas, which is on all of our bucket lists. We'll see what the future holds, but more points for all of us mean more trips, and more trip reports.

Aww, thank you so much. We both wanted to put in our own comments, so we came up with this format quite a while ago now and we have stuck with it. It is a lot of fun to write, and even more fun to go back and review past trips while we wait for new ones.

This was a great idea! You made good use of the change in time zones. You were wide awake at midnight.

It worked out great. We were not too tired, and the wait to get into the park was not as bad as we expected. It was a win-win.

The two-bedroom villas are great. Future trips will be a little more relaxing now. And you have plenty of years before you have to add significant others to the mix.

Yes, we will enjoy extra pace for just us whole we can, and eventually who knows who will join in.

Well, it is hard not to have fun at Disney. We also don't share every detail of the kids fighting or us being too hot, cranky, overstimulated, or tired from getting up at unnatural times of the morning to take pictures of a place we've been over and over before, but yes, overall we do have a great time and enjoy sharing it with everyone.

That is so neat. We are always learning from others and their experiences, so being able to share that is fun for us. The trips really evolve as the kids get older and our lives change, but it is neat to have common things to share with everyone.

Thank you! Planning a trip really is a big part of the fun, and really we are always planning the next one, whenever it will be. I always have a list of potential ADRs in my phone, and am arranging them in search of the perfect set for upcoming trips.

They did fit pretty well, but we arrive just a little elater than the rental is booked for. We are pretty specific about the flight times we try for, and we are willing to book a little larger time window on the car. It works out well.

We are sad too, but we do have a little bit more free time when we are not in the middle of one, so I am not always pestering Melissa to sit and write or work on photos. A little break between trips is good.

We hope so. We have been lucky enough to stay in one of those two bedrooms before, bit having it to ourselves will be awesome.

Just another story on the rental car, I have a work trip coming up in three weeks, and today I was able to rebook and get a convertible Mustang or BMW 3 Series for $50 less than the car I had booked a few months ago. It is crazy how much it fluctuates, and the “economy” cars aren’t always the cheapest.

Loved the trip report! My two "kids" are about 10 years older than yours and I remember those teen trips so well. We did have fun though

We are DVC members as well. Started out with 260 points at BLT and have since added at BCV. We love it! I love that you added on while on your trip! You'll love the 2-bedroom villas, they are absolutely huge and it's so nice when everyone can have their own bed!

Also, I agree with you about having the car, it is soooo nice, even though I do enjoy Disney transportation. My DH does not fly so he'll drive down from CT (sometimes I drive with him but I hate that long drive!) and we have our own car. It is just so much easier to jump in your car and get around.
