When you see a LGMH do you greet?

I only saw one LGMH on my recent trip at the entrance of Magic Kingdom. I didn't say anything because they were having a loud family discussion that well I would have felt ackward interupting. My mother threw away my lgmh accidently. I guess I have to go back to Home Depot and get some more.

I'll be there Nov. 29-Dec.6 with my LGMH's on my backpack. Please come up and introduce yourself. I'm staying at CSR!! See everyone there!!!
If I see ya, I'll greet ya! I'm staying there too, from 12/4-8, so maybe we'll run into each other. I just bought a travel vest which I'll no doubt deck out in various and sundry LGMHs as well as my Ursula'sShadow lime-green bandana, so I'll be very inconspicuous...

Thanks for asking what "Focking" was. Now I know. Hope no one thinks I am a crazy person for doing it to someone with a LGMH, but doesn't quite know what I am doing. :teeth:

Also, CleveRocks has the Focker as his avatar

Okay, I have my LGMHs glued together with my name on them. I am going to take them to get laminated. I just don't know what to do with them then. I want them to look good. I just don't have any ideas. I feel like, if I am going to do it, then I need to do it right.

HOW ABOUT LAMINATING THEM AND APPLYING PIN BACKS?

Just got back today from 8 days at the World. I had a LGMH on my bag and only 2 people said anything. One lady behind me trick-or-treating asked me specifically if I was a Diser, but I didn't think to ask her screen name. (Hello if that was you!) The other was a man on the bus who asked me if there was any significance to the LGMH and when I told him, he just said "Ah..." I wasn't sure if that meant he understood or not.

I looked everywhere we went and didn't really see any LGMH's, but I did see some people wearing lime green shirts and wondered if they were Diser's.

That's where the lime green post it come to place.. post a note and go.. and I bet you the diser you left that note for will be so ecstatic.. and the rest of that diser wont think he/she is the only one in this state of mind

Great idea! I never thought of that! Thanks! :goodvibes

Was at WDW over T-day week -- saw a few folks in Lime Green -- but no one who seemed to be DISers -- no LGMH'S. I was decked out and on the lookout for DISers, -- but guess I was the only DISer foolish enough to go to WDW during a week that is Famous for being crowded (don't do it).

Last Thursday (Thanksgiving) I was working as a Greeter at TL. I saw a woman come in with a LGMH tag on her purse and I went away from the turnstile I was at and chatted with her for a few minutes. Of course it was not cowded so there was no problem in my leaving my location.

It was funny since the rest of her family did not notice me talking to her and continued walking further into the park.

I'll be heading to the World for the 1st time next September and will be wearing the LGMH.. please DO stop me and introduce yourself and say HI..I'd love to meet some fellow DISers!

Yes! When I see a LGMH I say, "Hello!" It doesn't happen very often, but we're always on the lookout for other DISers! Unfortunately, we didn't see any LGMHs on our Halloween trip (see Trip Report link in sig!) but we're hoping to see a lot of LGMHs during our 2-week Christmas vacation!!! In fact, if any of you are going to be in WDW on Friday, December 22nd, you are welcome to join my DISMeet at the Boardwalk Bakery at 3pm! Here is a link to all of the details...

12-22-06 Boardwalk DISMeet!

Happy Holidays!

I met a diser on our last trip while waiting in line for Soarin'! It was my first time on the ride so I was so geeked up! She and her DH were behind me and my dd's. We struck up a conversation. Turns out she was a diser. We saw eachother again in that restaraunt in Morroco and took a very bad but happy picture together. It was nice. I think by her enthusiasm and her crocks, I decided to ask her if she dised. :goodvibes

Hi!

I asked this same question in preparation for my Sept 2006 trip and that's where the whole "I'm watching you Disser/Focker" thing started. Because of the people posting on that thread I got to meet a few people during our trip. On our very first night at dinner at 'Ohana one of the people I had met on these boards was coincidently seated right next to my table! I knew who she was because she had posted her picture! That blew me away!
There are some other ideas of what to do with LGMH on that thread too.
I think that most of the fun comes in the preparation of all the lime green paraphrenalia, when you are still getting ready for your trip. At the parks, I found that we were so busy, that there wasn't a lot of time for chatting, and there was a lot of people in lime green - although for most people it was just a fashion choice and not because they were Disers!
