When you make a specific room request

Who do you call . . . Do you call the hotel directly? Also, when should you do this? My trip is end of March, should I have already put in request? Thanks Guys! Kim

Some of the resorts are no longer taking the Faxed request, some are.

You need to note it on your resv. Then about 3-4 days before you arrival you fax the front Desk, Attn Room Assignment a nice letter requesting a room location or type.
