Each room is a separate reservation number.

Like Chucj said, they are separate reservations. And you can not have the same name(s) on both reservations.

And when you call, you need the names of everyone in each room and a phone number and address for one person per room.

You can request that they be near each other. Our experience with that has been great at OKW, but no so great at some of the other resorts. I think that's because at OKW there are limited possibilities within each building, but at the others, the front desk people don't always know what rooms are nearby.
