When you lose weight, where is the first place on your body you notice it. For me it's the face and chest area but I wish it was the stomach and butt .
I've been losing in my hips and waist. I wish it were my bra size getting smaller instead. My pants went down two sizes, but my shirts are still the same size.
Maybe when I get closer to goal I'll be more in proportion.
For me I notice it in my face first which I like because I hate having a "fat face." I have heard once that you lose weight from the top down. Not sure how true this is though.

then it starts in my face too, and arms I think. My target areas of lower abs/buns/thighs/hips are the very last place that gives up the padding! I do think that my waistline appeared first and made my hips look even bigger for several weeks!
I think the first stages i noticed my tummy shrinking along with my face. Then i went thur a stage that my legs, arms and hands adn my collar bone area where noticable shrinking. I've had my rings sized down three times already and i'm waiting to get to goal to do it for the 4 and final time. These last pounds have really targeted back to the tummy and my hinny is getting a LOT smaller too. SO i' think i'm almost there.
Usually it's been my face ... this time, it came off my lower back, butt, stomach and then face. I'm still wishing it would come off my thighs, but that's probably going to take a lot more work
