when you grow up

Heh, I'm IN college and yet I still have no idea what I want to do with my degrees after I graduate...

As of right now, I'm a History major and Theatre Arts minor... But I've recently been thinking of switching to a double major in History and Theatre. But I still have no idea what I want to do.

If I work in the history field, I think I want to work in archives. I'm not going to pursue a career acting-wise, but maybe a theatre/broadway historian? I have no idea. lol

I have been toying with the idea of doing the Disney College Program after I graduate, and then try to get a job working in the Disney Archives or working for Disney Theatrical Productions. Again, I don't know... and I'm already a sophomore in college... ahhhhh. A little over two years until I actually have to face the REAL world. eep.

I always wanted to be an actress, but I thought that that would probably never happen. So now what I would love to do is to do something within the T.V or film business as that is what I would really like to do. Also I wouldn't quite like to be a teacher.

I want to work for a big journalist company.
My teachers/family/friends are always telling me
how great I am at writing. I love to write. It's like
a hobby I guess you could say.

But, I also would like to be an occupational therapist.
I love kids! I would love working with them.
I would want to work with the ones that are either
going through cancer or getting out of it.

Or..

I would want to be some kind of family lawyer.
I love arguing with people about things that i believe
in. So my mom thinks I will be a very good lawyer.

Or.. =]] (my last one!)
I love the show Law and Order. I just like the mystery in it.
So I would absolutely love to be one of those. I cant remember
what they are though!!

I'm not sure what I want to do.
There are days where I'd like to continue with art like things (drawing or writing) and days where I feel like I'd like to do something to do in the field of medecine.
These things interest me, but they don't keep my interested forever. I find science quite irritating sometimes, so being a doctor would be too much of an investment for me.

I've also considered A&R Rep, Travel Agent, human interest journalist...

my plan: spend 10-15-20 years here in NY as a sportscaster or a broadcaster. then move to florida and work in disneys public relations firm. pirate:

I plan to major in hospitality administration in college, and work in the hotel buisness. (:
(I want to manage a Disney hotel. I'm a dork like that.)

I want to be a pyschologist or a historian.
I do know one thing, I want to help little kids with special needs. (excluding historian)

I want to be an accountant :goodvibes I probably sound like the most boring person ever now

List of things I've been looking into...

-- Social Worker for Child Services
-- Case Worker (helping out people on welfare)
-- Surgical Nurse/Anesthetist Nurse

Those are the big ones now. I've also been looking into a degree in psychology which would cover a career in social or case work. It sounds interesting to me.

I know I just need to find something I really love, something that will motivate me to keep going.

We'll just have to see what happens.

I honestly don't really have a set idea on what I want to be.

I have been really leaning to a field that deals with animals or meteorology.
I would love to be a tornado chaser and track storms.

lol im aiming for either optometry or physician assistant.. worst comes to worst, ill teach bio (my major) in highschool haha..

and if that doesnt work out, than ill make a run for the film industry

i want to be a journalist and do some photography
i love both all of my friends and teachers think im a good writer, so because of them i joined the yearbook staff at my high school
it totally fits me cause i get to do both the things i love write stories and take tons of pictures :]

I am at uni (English) studying History. However i dont want to be a historian! I want to work at disney after i graduate (if my boyfriend will let me, hes doing a degree in Mechanical Engineering). Afterwards i want to be a teacher, ether primary or special needs!

I love special needs kids, i work with them during the holidays, challanging but worth it!
