Deleting bugs the bejeebers out of me. If I've ever managed to get flamed here on a thread I actually started I don't remember, but my response would probably be to respond maybe once or twice, then just stop bothering to read the thread and let them (the flamers) burn out.

I like the other two suggestions a lot, though.

I hate when that happens. Sometimes I get really mad when I see someone says "I am looking for support on ______" and people blast them! Hello they wanted support not opinion!!!

Eh, I'd probably just walk away. I try not to get too bent out of shape by the opinions of someone I don't know.

I don't report people. I'm a big fan of free speech and their entitled to their opinon. As long as it's not abusive, I can handle snark and silliness. Again, it's not like I actually know the person in question.

I was thinking that too. I mean if someone is being abusive I can see it-but otherwise I don't get it.
