When you call to check for a pin....

what do you say? I just called to check and had to go through all the automated prompts and then all the info. with the CM. After all that I found out there were not any pins attached to my name. Is there a streamlined way to check?
I was also wondering if you were online and "chatted" with a CM would they be able to check for a pin?

I called tonight and booked for 9/22 to 9/27/11 at AllStar Music resorts (family suite) The CM said there was a pin attached to my name that had gone out on 12/12, but there were no more available rooms at ASM with the discount so I couldn't get a discount. I never received an email or snail mail (and I have received both in the past) I am crushed. Is all lost?

I tried chatting with a CM and asking online last night. The CM I spoke to was not able to help.

I did have to give my info to Tink. When the rep came on, I said, "Hi! I was wondering if I had any PIN codes associated with my account (please say yes!). " She asked a few questions like if I had been there 5 or more times and when my last visit was. I answered the questions and she put me on hold for a few seconds. Came back on and said there was.

yes and that really frustrates me, after a few questions I just keep hitting 0 then someone comes on and they have to ask the same thing, argh, it drives me nuts
