When you call about a PIN...

I know that I've seen several folks post that they have multiple email addresses associated with the Disney site, and that a PIN can be received at any of those emails. Now ... for those that call to check if a PIN has been assigned, do you just give your name or the various email addresses to have the CM check?

I only have my email and my husband's email... however, I am willing to open another email account if that increases my chances - just want to know how to ensure I'm checking all my options!

Personally, I have never had them ask what email(s) we use. They ask name and address. I ask them to look up my name and my husband's.

I have 2 emails, my daughter has 1 and my husband has 1; we have 2 disney VISA cards, I request vacation videos and I price out vacations like crazy...all of this gets me NO PIN CODES!! We vacation at Disney every year and I spend a fortune at the Disney Store, still no codes!

Many, many years ago we would get pin codes, but not in over 10 years I would say.

My point is, there really is no explanation as to who gets them, but since I don't, maybe you'll get mine!! Good Luck!
