I think any of the first three weeks of May would be good. We've even had good luck in early June as many schools are still in session.

I’ve gone over Mother’s Day week many times and have found it to be my favorite times to visit! It can have some seriously hot days, but I like that.

We always always rent houses off property. PM me if you want any help with that.

I would choose sometime in the first three weeks of November

Pretty much my thinking as well, though I might amend the November time frame to the first two weeks rather than three. But as @g-dad66 says you're entering the realm of possibilities of Star Wars being open. The biggest impact will be at DHS of course, but I would expect higher than normal crowds at all of the parks.

May. Weather is beautiful and crowds are very very low.

Early June. Heat is not as intense as summer, Northern and midwest schools are still in session.
