When would you go and why?

I would think going around Halloween would be less crowded.

DH's BD is a few days before Halloween and I can't think of a better gift for me...er...I mean him.

1.The decorations are gorgeous
2. Most kids are still in school therefore crowds are lower
3.Cooler weather

Halloween--for the usual reasons, weather and crowds. If I could choose the first couple of weeks of December, though, that would trump Halloween. I've been during Easter. It is crowded and I would normally stay away. But I'm going to DL this year over Easter because I'll be in California on a business trip during that time. I guess the crowds aren't enough to keep me away!

For some reason I thought you meant the week OF Christmas. I think the week before Christmas would be a great time to go. I would "think" that there may be less crowds at that time than during Thanksgiving week.

I see Halloween is a popular time to go too according to poll. WOW even more so then Thanksgiving!!

I would go in Thanksgiving because there arent alot of people around and you can see all the X-mas decorations, you can get on most rides without a long wait. Plus the weather is great so all in all its the best time to go. Good Luck

I have gone twice the week after TG and loved it but since that was not an option I picked week before Christmas because of the decorations.

Halloween week definitely. Great weather, and least crowded week of the four.

That's one of the reasons we scheduled our trip next year around that time. I will NOT go to Florida in the summer if I can help it. DD's birthday is October 29th so we thought it would be fun to spend it in Disney. Bonus that we'll have Halloween there too!

I would think Christmas week would be busy and that's why we chose week before Christmas to add to poll. Hopefully that's not as busy as week of Christmas or week after

I look at Thanksgiving as the kick off of the Christmas Season. The weather is usually great, all the decorations are up, and I still get to spend Christmas at home. It has been a family traditont that my wife and I started the year we got married. We always see the first showing of the Candlelight Processional.
