Mousesavers.com has historical releases of discounts. I usually just google mousesavers historical discounts so that I can go right to the page.

I was just looking at the Mouse Savers historical data and it appears May discounts normally come out sometime between late November and early January.

Hope this helps. I'm on the lookout for a May 2014 discount too!
