You know things are bad when KFC is like manna from heaven.

Over the past 25 days without a kitchen, I've eaten more bagels, cold cereal, sandwiches and string cheese than is good for you.

So last night I made a fun to KFC....to actually warm "normal" food...heaven!

It probably doesn't help that I've spent the last week studing menus.


Oh, and I can't believe I forgot to tell you....I did my early check in on sunday!!

I woke up around 2 a.m. sunday morning to let the dogs out, when I realized what day it was , I couldn't get back to sleep...so around 2:30 I checked us in.

It's so close now, I can do my "1 week from now" countdown.

sooo, 1 week from now I will be frantically packing and getting everything ready for the kids.

I know!! we don't technicaly leave untill wends....but we do leave the house for the airport tues afternoon....so to me, it counts.
