When will we receive travel documents/confirmation by mail?

We booked our trip for late May, in Early February. We booked resort, flight, park tickets, and dining plan all through the Disney website. I've gotten email confirmations throughout the process, but it's my understanding that we will be getting some sort of physical confirmation material from Disney as well. Is that true? We know what times our flights are, but we don't have a record locator number or anything, and I'm not sure how we will check in for the flights without that! Just looking forward to getting some magical Disney mail

I booked mine in January and didn't get the mailing I usually get but I don't book airfare through them.

I have never booked flights through WDW, so I'm not sure what that process is. In terms of the resort/ticket/dining package, you won't receive anything other than MBs (and that's only if you live in the US). Otherwise, everything is via e-mail and My Disney Experience at this point. You may want to call WDW re: your flights.

We booked everything thru the Disney website last year, room, park tickets, dining plan and airline tickets, first time doing it this way. I don't remember when but we did receive our airline confirmation number finally so we could check our flights. I think it was a month before and was about the time we received our Magical Express luggage tags

The booklet things are haphazardly sent out. Not to be expected. I'd call about the flight info.

Did you book a package? We did a free dining package in December. The package “extras” (reusable Mickey luggage tags, mini golf coupons etc), were in the package with the magic bands. If you order upgraded magic bands, they will come about 2 weeks after you order. Magic Express sends their luggage tags & info separately. That & regular Magic Bands come 4-6 weeks before your trip. Sorry, I never booked airfare with them so I can’t help with that.
