When will we get our annual dues statement

We closed on our dvc on July 16th, as yet we have not received our annual dues statement, how long does this usually take?

How long will it be until we get our proper dvc membershio card?

Annual Dues statements aren't usually sent out until January.

We received a letter from DVC on Monday, saying that the deeds for our add-on were recorded on July 5th. Our dues statement for that contract was enclosed with the letter, and are due 1st September.

Not necesarily a lot of help in your situation, but gives an indication of 3 1/2 weeks after deeds recording to receipt of (pro-rated) annual dues statement.

No idea when you'll get your membership card though.
