When will Universal release rates on line for 2011?

We will be staying at RP from April 1-3, 2011. I booked it by phone at rack rate. I would like to be able to check to see if it goes down. I am TA but they had not released their TA rates yet either. The girl told me to watch for both. This will be our first trip to Universal after our Disney Dream cruise. Any help would be appreciated.

There are many 2011 rates online already. The stay more save more rates are there. The rack rates are definitely there. No ap rates online yet though.

I booke RP for April 14 awhile back...did it online. Now, just waiting for the AP rates to come out so I can apply that to my existing very high rate!!
