When will TOT have both towers working?

Is it Nov 17th?? We leave Friday and reading previous posts the lines have been 90 min or more.

Just good back late last night.
The wait time at Tower of Terror was about 20 minutes on Sunday, when we were there. Pretty much walked right up to the door and in with very little waiting.
We found the wait times to be very low all weekend. We were at the parks, Sat, Sunday and Universal Studios on Monday. Lots of people but the wait times were reasonable.

We were there last week. On Tuesday my DH rode w/DD in the morning on one side and I rode w/her in the afternoon on the other side. On Thursday, both sides were going at the same time.

If you get there when the park opens, the lines are short. We also get a FP and usually ride it twice in a row. Sometimes more if the lines are not long.

We were at MGM last week Tues. one side was working used fast pass and on Friday both sides were working. Didn't need fast pass because the stand by line didn't have a line.
