When will they announce the start of Osbourne lights?

I am going from Nov 4-7 and planning on being in HS on the 6th bc that should be the first night of the lights if they stick with the same schedule as last year. But does anyone know when the start date will be announced? On the Disney website, it still says dates unavailable.

We are running the wine and dine 1/2 on the 7th and it says we will be running through the lights. So the 7th should be a for sure.
