When will the Saratoga Springs Treehouses be refurbished?

We want to stay in a treehouse one day, but this will take points planning. When was the last refurb, and when will the next be? Ideally I’d like our “one trip” to be after a rehab if there’s one within the next few years.

Saratoga is currently being refurbished, although it is unclear if the THVs will be done. The refurb will take well into 2021 for the whole resort, whether or not it includes the THVs. If it does not, they are not on the refurb list any time before 2023-2024.

THVs had a soft goods refurb in 2016. They opened as a part of SSR in 2009, so if DVC sticks to their 14-year schedule for complete refurbs, it will be 2023 before a full refurb occurs. However, soft goods may be changed out between now and then.

There’s rumours that it will be done at the end of current refurb, people supposedly told this, but I would not believe that until we see official confirmation.

I have also heard that rumor. It seems like getting the THVs on the same cycle would be operationally good and efficient.
