When will the offer free dining plan for Aug 08

Hi

I was wondering when will Disney offer the free dining plan to others apart from the UK. It appears the offer starts in UK before the US?

I am thinking of buying DVC when I am out there in December. I dont know if we are entitled to free disney dining? If not I would probably book 9 days at Port Orleans Riverside at the end of August to get free dining.

Any ideas?

Last year the offer came out in April.

We were just there for free dining and we were offered a "come back" offer for free dining. The dates were Aug. 30th to Sept 29th. 2008.
