When will the moat be filled again?

I had heard that the moat has been empty for a while ....although it might be partially filled near Adventurland? Does anyone know if they are planning on fully filling it again soon?

It is drained as part of the hub expansion project slated to run through early 2015. I wouldn't expect it to be filled anytime this year, but who knows.

It is filling little by little with the rains we have been having. But in all seriousness the project is ongoing until 2015 so nothing has been said as to when it will be filled with water again. I know that portions of it they are backfilling for the new hub project.
