When will the Harry Potter area open?

Will this be an "area" with several rides/attractions or will there just be one Harry Potter ride/attraction? Which park will this be in and when is it scheduled to open?

This will be a Harry Potter area with ride and attractions possibily some of old rides rethemed and it will take some of the lost cont area but no real details yet still a little of a mystery right now but I am sure there is others here that prob know more than me
