When will the DCA refurb/overhaul be complete?

I somehow missed this fact completely until I went to the "corn dog post" -

Can anyone give me a rundown on what's changing & when it will be finished?

I'm not going to stop plans bc of it but I'd definately like to go back when it's done.

2012 is the best guestimate but then again there are things not done like the canopy on King Triton's Carousel and stuff put off. There are earthquakes and other building delays and hope they do not find a herd of endangered butterfly on the site.
