when will the AP rates come out for May?

Where can I look at rates during that time from last year ?

IF there are going to be any AP rates, you can expect them to be announced sometime in March for Apr 17 - July 4. That's approximately when they were announced last year.

I don't know of any site that has a list of historical AP rates...too many resorts with too many variables.

Last year they came out on March 9th.

Moderates - $74 standard, $89 preferred
Ft. Wilderness Cabin - $155
Animal Kingdom Lodge - $124 standard, $145 pool view, $200 savannah view, $365 concierge
Wilderness Lodge - $124 standard, $139 woods view, $175 courtyard view
Contemporary - $149 standard view garden wing
Beach/Yacht Club - $214 standard, $280 water view
Polynesian - $229 garden view, $315 lagoon view
Grand Floridian - $340 lagoon view
