When will SSR sell out?

So when do you see Saratoga Springs selling out? I was thinking of buying in early March but do you think they will be selling then? Thank you

I agree that you should be fine in early March nad if you cant buy then

there is always resales available for SSR

and if that option doesnt work, there will always be another resort and you should not have too much of a problem ever booking into SSR if thats where you want to stay

All DCV sold out resorts can still be purchased directly from Disney. "Sold out" is a bit of a misnomer, since there are always points through ROFR.

They just declared part (the first floor) of the 18th (and last) building into DVC inventory on Dec 27. The sales pace has been about 1 building every 3 months, but has slowed a little since AKV started selling. So unless there is a run on SSR, it should last into the spring. And, as Diane said, there will always be resales available thru DVD due to rofr, foreclosure, etc.
