When will riding mowers be discounted?

Does anyone know when riding lawn mowers will go on sale for "end of season"? Want to get one for DFH for a wedding present mid-August.

I can't say for sure, but traditionally the deepest discounts are offered late summer to early fall. However, you don't always have the best selection. You might keep an eye on sales around Father's Day, Memorial Day and July 4th.

Around here it's very rare, because you can cut grass all year. But, my guess would be the same as lost in cyberspace.
