When will I know what Loop?

Hubby & I will be 1st timers booked in Fw May 18-21st w/ our dog and 35' RV. I booked through Disney Res. How soon will they know what Loop Im scheduled in? I just know it will be a pet loop, of which there are apparently quite a few?

You can request a loop but it is not guaranteed, but normally when you check in they will tell you the loop.

when you get to the loop and see that you may have trouble with your awning or slide out, you can TRY to go back and let them know.

In the event you are assigned a loop you cannot get into, look around and find an empty spot that would better suit you, go to the nearest comfort station and call the front desk. Tell them the site number you were assigned, why it won't work and the empty site number you found that will work. In most cases, they will reassign you to the other site.
