When will I get reservation information?

We'll be there Dec. 25-26 and haven't received anything yet from Universal. When does it usually arrive?

call them and ask for an email confirmation. They don't always send one automatically.

Yeah, call and make sure your ressie is on file.
Do it again just before you leave.
Try to check in early if you can, your room may be ready, and then you have the entire day to visit the parks. When you check in early, it feels like you had an extra day.

We had to call several times and request an e-mail confirmation for our RPH reservation (FOR TONIGHT! )

we got an email from RPR a couple of weeks before we arrived..... it was titled: BULA!
