Any estimate for when HKDL will reopen?

No. The current refund and ticket expiration policy suggests that the earliest possible reopening date would be the beginning of May but unless we see substantial improvement in the virus situation, it'll likely remain closed past then.

Edit: HK government is starting to consider virus measures through the end of June. So I revise my estimate to July 2nd at the earliest because if the virus situation is better in June, the political situation would make July 1st a bad time to reopen since there will likely be tear gassing and transportation disruption.
