When will get our information?

We are in the system and even have a reservation for Sept. but we have yet to recv a pin number to use the online system or any information from Disney.

Do they even send out anything or do we just rely on our friends here to help me out?

You can call MS and get your pin, I did that at the same time we made our ressie.

I just got all my stuff in the mail on Monday. It had a members guide in it. That had all that sort of information in it.
