When will firm rates for 2009 be out ?

I have a res. for April of 2009 but it's not a firm rate, does anyone know when the firm rates will be out, I'm trying to budget the money for our stay but I'm afraid at the last minute I'm going to be hit with a firm rate I can't afford?
And is AAA rates still expected in late August for 2009 ? Thanks so much, it will be here before you know it !

The 2008 rates were released in August of 2007, so most people assume that it will be this August for the 2009 rates. The AAA rates are released right around the time the official rates come out.
In previous years the rates had been released earlier but then the AAA rates were not out for a few weeks after the official rates.
