When will EPCOT finalize its September park hours?

I'm more worried about morning EMH. We have a 8:05 Akershus and I'm tempted to cancel our 11:00 FEA and just go there right after breakfast with hopefully minimal wait and use that FP instead for Soarin. Good plan or risky?

Good plan, even if you wait there, you were going to wait at one of the big three. If they open at 8am that day. You likely could hop on right before breakfast and if they open 9am, right after breakfast. I would fast pass testtrack though if you planning to do that one instead of soaring. Lately the soaring waits aren't that bad.

EMH could change, but it's unlikely.

I'm not a fan of ppo breakfasts. I have never had a character breakfast take less than 70 minutes. If you want to beat the crowds to FEA, you're going to have to rush through breakfast and possibly miss a princess or two. If that's ok with you, then go for it.

Epcot is the least likely to change their hours. You are fine

As for getting on FEA after breakfast, I would. FEA doesn't use FP till 11:00 so you only have stand by riders at that hour. Line moves fast.

During the F&WF it closes an hour later on Fri and Sat.

FEA is much more doable with a short wait in the AM then it used to be. I think you'll be fine. Right now it's 10:43 and the posted wait is 35 minutes and the crowd level is supposed to be a 9. Crowd levels should be lower all of September.
