When will DVC release rooms?

So, I was looking to book today at BLT (hmm I wonder if Disney knows the abbreviation for Bay Lake Tower is also a sandwich...). Currently they show no rooms available. According to the person I just chatted with Disney Vacation has yet to release rooms and will slowly do so during the year. The CM stated that DVC and the Resorts do not talk about such things ever so they had no idea when rooms might be released.

Does anyone know when DVC starts to release rooms?

9 to 10 months before your planned reservation date.

I'm angling for BLT in early December 2011 and trust me, waiting until then is killing me.
