When will Disney release December 2015 park hours? Crowd calendars?

Its so hard to try and plan ADRs with parks and fastpasses when December hours (including EMHs) arent posted. Does anyone know or could guess an expected time they release the info?
I also looked at crowd calendars from touring plans and from easywdw but they are completely different!!

They usually come out a little more than six months ahead of time.

But park hours for late December aren't finalized until mid November. So if you want to get a good idea you can look up what the hours were for the last two or three Decembers to get a good idea.

Should this give me a good idea if I look at past December hours? And I should go by days of the week and not the actual date itself, correct?

At that time of the year both the date and day of the week are factors. EMHs are also often tweaked so a planned morning EMH can be changed to an early open for everybody and the morning EMH moved to a different park for example. They won't end up being shortened but they may be lengthened depending on resort booking levels.
