When will Disney change Park hours for AK with the new shows?

We will be going to AK August 6. They now have the hours as 9-5, with these hours the table service restaurants show reservations times for 9-5. I have a reservation and I will want to change to a later time.

With the new shows starting at AK, they will have to change the hours.

Any idea when they will change the hours to the park?

When they're ready - which is really the best I can say.

yes, there is a lot of frustration on the boards because AK hasn't changed hours yet and no showtimes for Rivers of Light or ADRs for dining packages are yet available.

I think there is a press event to see it on april 18th, I would assume everything about AK would shift one the website during that event so when they report about it, everyone can find the info.

We arrive April 29th and the hours aren't even updated I hope any day now!

I wanted a dinner Tusker reservation for May but the original hours had the park closing at 5. They changed the park hours to 9 to 6 a couple months ago and there was a 2 to 3 day lag before they started offering later ADRs.

Does anyone know if they will be releasing FP+ for all shows? Hard to imagine all 3 showings will be consumed by dining packages. That's 15,000 people and I don't think the AK restaurants have anything close to that capacity.

1. It opens on 4/22
2. It will have dining plans
3. It will have FP
4. Most nights it will be more than 1 show post night

Nothing else is confirmed but there are oodles of rumors
