When will codes appear for May? Prices?

In May I will be taking the Disney Cruise and therefore need a Moderate resort where the bus could pick us up. (We are starting and ending our trip at WDW). We would like to stay at Port Orleans Riverside (we love it) but the code right now is till April and is $114 per night. Still a bit steep. Two years ago we paid $79 a night.

Does anyone know when new codes would come out. We are unfortunately not AP holders and not a Florida resident.

We think that with all the cut backs Disney has done for the past year that they will not be giving any good discounts. We would have loved to have tried the new Pop Century, but the cruise bus does not stop there. We don't want to use Mears and/or a limo to take us to the boat.

My brother went last year in May and they were able to get a code in March. Keep your fingers crossed.

Usually, or rather in the past, the codes come out when the current code expires. For ex. the current code has to be booked by 2/9/04. So, if codes for May will be offered then I would suspect it would be after that.

Keep in mind you only need 1 AP to get the discount and if you plan on going back within 12mo then it might make sense to get one. Even if you are staying more than a week total. You said you are going before and after the cruise. Look into it, it might be worth it. In the past I have gotten an AP rate at BWI for $225. Good luck!
