When will AK and HS evening entertainment return?

Now that they are packing in the crowds with wild abandon, when will they re-open the rest of the parks? Specifically, has anyone heard any news on the return of the Tree of Life awakenings and/or HS Star Wars Spectacular?

With the park hours for HS being recently changed from closing at 8 pm to 9 pm in August, could this be a sign that Fantasmic might soon be returning????

Unfortunately no, Fantasmic water is currently drained. We are looking at a likely 2022 return. You may get DHS Fireworks tho.

Animal Kingdom will be doing the holiday version of Tree of Life Awakenings over the holidays. They're also doing the holiday projection show at DHS.

Other than that, no one knows. Maybe later this year, maybe sometime next year. Who knows.

There will be nighttime projections/lighting on ToT and Tree of Life for the 50th, so that will start before the holidays.

Great. Love the ToL and ToT projections. Still holding out hope for maybe a return of the star wars fireworks at HS….. although they may not do that since there’s potential for return of Jingle Bam (which I also love!) but that would mean only a month or 2 of Star Wars and not sure that would be “worth it” to them….

Honestly, where did Syphomy in the Stars ever go? Like did they just get rid of it or what happened?

They changed it to the Galactic Spectacular due to issues with the fireworks launching areas SitS needed.

2015's Symphony in the Stars were the best HS fireworks ever.

Those were great. We were staying at CSR when they debuted (after the TFA release party) and it woke us up and sounded like we were being bombed. We saw them in the park the next night.

It didn't last long, maybe a couple of years. Most of that time they were building the projections towers and planning the most current newer show. We were blown away! It was 100% pure killer music and killer fireworks.
