When will 2022 points be released

Anyone know when 2022 points will be released? Thank you

Your 2022 points are already in your DVC account, but they cannot be used to make a reservation yet. Once you are in your 2021 Use Year, they could be borrowed into that Use Year to make a reservation - but DVC has currently placed a 50% limit on borrowing points. No word yet on when that will be returned to normal.

At this time half of all DVC Members are now in their 2020 Use Year and the other half are still in their 2019 Use Year.

For any given reservation, Members may use points banked into the current Use Year from the previous Use Year year, points from the current Use Year, and points borrowed from the following Use Year.

Do you mean the point charts? If so, they tend to be about 11 1/2-12 months before the new year, so maybe this coming Jan (2021) or for sure by Feb.

You do not have to wait until the end of your 2020 use year to borrow 2022 use year points. As long as a trip you want to reserve falls within your 2021 use year, you can borrow 2022 points for that trip. For example, if you wanted to book a May 2021 trip today at 11-months out, and you have a Feb , March, or April use year, you could use for that trip banked Feb (March or April) 2020 points, "current" use year Feb (March or April) 2021 points, and borrow points from Feb (March or4 April) 2022.

If your question is seeking when 2022 point charts will be released that is something that will occur sometime between mid-Nov 2020 and first part of Jan 2021.
