When will '09 dates be released?

The anticipation is killing me. I can't believe we are so close to finding out where DCL maybe going in '09. Even though it looks like a long shot now, I still have my fingers crossed for Alaska.

It would be nice if Disney could make everyones dreams come true, and until they finally announce the trips next week, anything can happen, the rumor's point to Caribbean in '09, including British Virgin Islands, we shall see.

I of course would love the Med again, Eastern Med, including Greece, but, until they have four ships, it doesn't look like that will occur.

All the best, I wish everyone gets what they want, and at a price we can afford!

DCL web site is down::scared1: - hope it means they're updating it for 2009 dates:surfweb: or it's a prelude of the madness to come:rolleyes1 .

I can't wait for 2009- my first cruise- was just a week ago- 3 days on the Wonder and I now have my DH hooked- we're planning a 7 day Summer 09 -come on Mickey -Let's start planning !!!!!!!!!!!!

Who knows, maybe they are working on it, we can look for toggles and links see if 2009 comes up, even if they do not connect the final link, also under ports or special ports links might appear!

All in due time my good man, all in due time.....................;)

Now come on DCL and hurry up already............................:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Captain Tom took the Magic to Curacao to find some Liqueur,

  • Went transatlantic to the Canary Islands to find some birds,
  • Went to Gibraltar as he 'rocks'.
  • Missed the Isle of Man, because he isn't in to men,
  • Now he wants to go to Tortola,
  • As he wants to meet

British Virgins!:rotfl2:

After 1:30 EDT

I tried the pull down menus to see if 2009 would come up this afternoon, lol

I did notice that they have added a new item in the ports of call menu, Special Mexican Riviera Cruise Ports, excursions can't be far behind. So they are working on the website.

Good point they will be due by early January as it will have to be at least 105 days before your repo cruise.

For the Med this year, we had advance notification of the excursions in December, so pro rata nearly there, these Repo and Mexico ones will not be too hard as DCL have done nearly all ports before, some like Aruba are new but other cruise lines go there and DCL most likely will have similar ones.

Looking forward to reading them to plan my repo trip later in the year.

If the DCL president is going to be on the cruise line I'm guessing that means an announcement from him while onboard is imminent?
