We went recently (Tuesday) and saw these time boards.
I remember walking through Citywalk saying how we'd have to walk all the way around to check times etc since Universal doesn't have the wait boards yet, but we walked right in and saw it .. surprised to say the least, and not paying attention to the boards much, It is a good addition.

Photo for anyone curious, crowds at about noon on Tuesday the 24th:

Actually found this yesterday searching for wifi laptop access at HRH
thanks to our friend Kelly Monaghan who posted it at theotherorlando.com

Universal Orlando Goes WiFi for Wait Times
You know those electronic signs outside the attractions at Universal Orlando that spell out wait times in little red dots? Well that crucial information is going wireless and will be posted at four electronic boards around the park.

There will be signs at the entrances to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios as well as at other key locations. In addition there will be three mobile electronic signs that can be set up where and when they are needed.

Hmm, "as well as at other key locations" does anyone know where else they are? I saw this one at the US entrance, right across from the store by Lucy.

They are at almost every major attraction....or close to it. There is one next to Twister, by Lucy and Ricky, by the lagoon, close to MIB.
In IOA, there is one at the POE, near Toon Lagoon (closer to JP) and in Suess Landing by One fish. I think there might be one by Dragons as well....I havent been in a few weeks.

Really, they have the big boards like at the entrance? I missed the one near MIB, thats pretty cool .. I hated in Disney how you have to go to that one at the entrance, having them throughout the park is nice.
