When were free dining dates released for fall/winter?

Hi. I just saw an ad for free dining plan for fall/winter dates aug-dec, and when i checked for the resort i wanted it said nothing was available. Can someone please tell me when this promotion was released? I want to jot it down in my calendar so i can keep a look out next year and get the dates i want if they offer it again.

It was announced 5/2/14 for Disney Visa Cardholders and opened up to the general public on 5/7/14.

It has all of the discounts listed, the dates they covered, the dates they were announced and the dates that the booking window was in effect. However, it does not list specifics such as which resorts were excluded or the terms of the offer.

Which hotel did you prefer? It seems (to me atleast) that alot more hotels were excluded this year.
