I got kind of a crazy schedule going next month on our trip down to DW and cruise, and I am trying to make sure I have all of the bases covered on who to tip regarding handling our baggage.

Can you guys look this over and let me know if I'm missing anything or have a tip too many going on here:

Leaving car at Park-n-fly, taking their shuttle to airport, website says they handle baggage. Tip shuttle driver.

Pick up Thrift rental car shuttle at MCO after getting baggage. Do I tip this shuttle driver?

Drop off passengers and luggage at Port. Tip porters.

Leave ship and take shuttle back to Thrifty for new rental. Give baggage to porters and tip? Take all passengers with me on shuttle or come back and pick them up?

Drop off passengers at MCO, return car to Thrifty. Take shuttle back to MCO alone. Taking ME to CBR, Tip ME driver after arriving and getting bags off bus.

Do I also tip CBR baggage handlers?

Leave CBR on ME back to MCO. Tip ME driver again?

Long, I know. Thanks for your input. :confused3

Basically, for our family, this is what we do...if someone 'touches' our bags, they get a tip of about $1 a bag. But, there are times when we are driven, without bags, that we would like to tip for. That would be using DME, but have only carryon luggage that we keep with us on the bus. If we really liked the driver, and he doesn't ask for a tip, we like to tip him a bit. A few times we've hired a towncar to get us to Universal..no baggage but we tip him anyway.
There have been times when my dh says enough is enough....he handles the luggage himself. If he sees someone running over to take the bags from the bus to the bell services area, he politely declines the help. Otherwise, that person gets $5 for taking the bags about 15', then you have to tip Bell Services to bring your bags to your room, another $5.

I am going to have a total of six people, with at least that many bags. As you can see, this could run into quite a chunk of change by the time it's over with.

We've used towncar services prior to this, but this trip will be our first with these various shuttles, and ME.

You could drop most of your party off at the airport before you go to Avistar. You'll save a few dollar in tips and it will work out better time-wise if there is a long line to check bags.

Can you rent a car from an agency that will let you drop off in the Disney area? Not only will you save some tip money but you'll get to WDW faster than having to return you rental car at MCO, take the shuttle back to the terminal and then take DME.
