When to start?

With the announcement of the upcoming inaugural runDisney race at DLParis, I have had my arm twisted into finally booking a trip to Paris.

When should I start planning? I know it's never too early to start, but as a first timer to Europe I am at a loss for any sense of a time line or even what all I need.

I couldn't seem to find a tips and advice thread about DLParis in the forum, so if you have any that you'd like to share with a total n00b, I would greatly appreciate it.

It's never too early. If you find a good price for a hotel, good price for flight etc, then book.

I agree. Plus, what I did, if it was too early to actually book, I'd look at the prices and things a year early so I'd know what type of budget I'd need, how early dates/times/prices were released, etc.....
