When to start calling MS for new member #?

Our closing documents were signed and sent back last Saturday (arrived on Monday). We got word from Fidelity that the finished paperwork has been sent to Disney yesterday. The deed is showing up as being processed (but not completed) on the Orange County comptroller's website.

My question is, when should I start calling MS for our new member # and what do info do I need to give them? How long before the points get loaded too? We're looking to go in Jan./Feb. for a long weekend and would like to book sooner rather than waiting for the new member packet to arrive in the mail. Thanks in advance:thumbsup2
 
My closing was finished and notice sent to Disney of ownership change last week on 8/9. I waited a full week and called yesterday. My accounts were set up, points loaded. I made my first reservation yesterday. You are almost there.:thumbsup2

ETA you will need the seller's contract number (it is in your paperwork somewhere) and their last name.
 
I had the same timeline last week. If you are like me, you should have your points loaded by Tuesday afternoon. :thumbsup2
 
You would be better off calling Member Administration to see if you are setup in the system. They are at the same number as MS, but a different option off the phone menu.
