My kids are 2 and 4 and we plan on going back to the resort for an afternoon break(nap??) I was wondering what would be a good time to schedule dinner ADRS and still be able to go back to the parks after our break. Would we be better off going back to the resort later ,taking a nap, getting ready for dinner and then going, or taking an early break, going back to a park then going to dinner?? We do have the park hopper option. Thanks for any advice.

If we're skipping lunch and having an big breakfast buffet, then I schedule 5pm dinner.

If we're doing lunch (usually at the resort, by the pool) then we like a 7:30 pm dinner in the parks - we like to have enough travel time.

It really varies day to day...

But we ALWAY have a midday resort break. My kids need it, especially in the summer. We hit the parks at Rope Drop and will leave by Noon. They enjoy the resort's pool just as much as being in the parks. Not only do the crowds start to arrive by Noon, but the sun gets to be unbareable. Last June we lasted 2 hours at DHS and had to leave by 10am it was just too hot.

We have 10, 6 & 2.

We like doing am EMH rope drop - resort 1-3 (more like 12-4) - dinner @ 5pm.

If we you are at the park when the gates open we realy get alot done. Then you con go back to the resort & recharge.

Also the early ARDs are easier to get & you don't spen as much time waiting `in the restaurant.
