When to pay annual dues?

are all annual dues due on 1/31/2016? I haven't seen a bill yet and am new to DVC. When do we usually get billed?

There is a condo association meeting in early December to vote on the proposed budgets.** The bills cannot go out until after that meeting has been held. I usually get my bill sometime during the last week of December. And yes, everyone pays dues on an annual basis regardless of your Use Year. The bill we all receive in Dec 2015 is for calendar year 2016.

If you pay in full, the payment is due some time in January but there is no late fee provided your payment is received by Feb 15th (I think, not 100% sure on that date). I pay via monthly debit so I don't pay attention to the payment deadlines.

At some point in December, your bill will also be viewable in your account on the members website. You can pay the bill online instead of mailing a check.

Due date if paying annually is Jan 15, but you have grace period until Feb 15, and you do not get bill until after the annual meeting. You can sign up with MS accounting to do monthly withdrawals from checking account (you need a US account for that purpose), and there is no fee or interest charge for doing so. Many prefer that method while many just like to pay annually, including because they can pay with credit card and get the credit card points, or pay with Disney gift cards purchased at a 5% discount at Target when they have a Target Red Card charge card, although I vaguely recall mention that Disney is now limiting the number of gift cards you can use to pay dues to one or two.

We are new to DVC as well and I have a question about MF. We have opted to used the monthly debit but are curious....can we pay the balance anytime during the year or are we bound by the monthly debit? TIA.

Not sure how you have 15k pts with 5k charge, but:

1) You can't have received the 50k bonus in last 2 years
2) Have to wait for your statement to close for bonus to post
