When to order bottled water?

All right, I know all about ordering bottled water from Staples or Garden Grocer, how to address it so it gets sent to your resort and is waiting for you when you arrive, etc. But what I am wondering is how far out in advance of your trip should you order it? 2 days? 1 week? 2 weeks? We are arriving on a Saturday, and I was planning on ordering the water the Monday before so that it doesn't sit at our resort for too long. Any advice?

||I ordered our water and few other things three weeks ago from Garden Grocer. They deliever any day you want. Ours will come the day we arrive. What a great convience. They ask what day and what time period you want them to deliever.
