When to make ADR's

So I have read a lot of threads on this site and I am still a little confused as to when I can call to make dining reservations.

We will arrive on 9-27-09. Please help!

Also, when will they release September and October park hours?

September hours will be posted around June 1, and October around July 1.

You can make ADRs for up to 10 days after your arrival date if you're staying at a Disney owned resort.

Probably won't see park hours until it comes closer to the 90 day period. You'd probably need to keep checking the closer it comes to your ADR booking date.

June 29th.

Park hourse come out generally about 90 days in advance. You can always look at last year's hours to get an estimate on what they will be. They'll probably be very similar.

I will have to respectfully disagree with this. Although it used to be true...but now due to the economy, 2009 hours have in many cases been dramatically different from the same month's hours in 2008.

And also, Disney has been adjusting hours "on the fly" more often. So even when hours are posted, don't be surprised if they change between the day they are posted and the day you arrive at WDW.
