When to make ADR's for V&A's?

If I was going to make ADR's for V&A's, is it the standard 180+10? We have never eaten there and I am looking to have a wonderful meal after my DH returns from his 6 month deployment. We are travelling in June 2007.

I have been told by more than one cast member that you can only make ressies at V&A exactly 180 days from the date you wish to dine there.

I just made our dining room reservations on Wednesday morning for an evening near the end of October. My husband and I really wanted to try the chef's table but my parents will be with us and they weren't interested in trying that....too bad. But I'm still very excited to try the dining room since we've never been...we'll get the chef's table another time.
